[Video] 3 Strategies for Growing Online Presence with Clarity and Confidence

Hi, I’m Natarsha Wright, a personal branding strategist, photographer, and podcaster. I’m so hyped to be here. I’m going to share three strategies for how creative can grow their online presence during uncertain times with clarity and confidence.

Here are some actual tips that you can start now to incorporate storytelling into your brand.

Understand Your Ideal Client

We’re going to talk a little bit about understanding your ideal client. If you don’t know who your ideal client is then how do you know who you’re serving? If you’ve worked with someone in the past, you can use them as your model. If you don’t know, it’s okay to reach out to people who you’ve worked with in the past who you feel are your ideal clients. Here are some things you want to know from them. What are their fears, desires, and problems? This is the key to understanding your client.

This will allow you to be more specific when creating content for your ideal clients that will establish that know, like, and trust with your audience.

Narrow Your Niche

Now, it’s time to narrow your niche. Have you ever heard of the phrase, ”there’s riches in niches”? Are you currently offering all the things? When you try to cater to all, you’re catering to none because no one feels like you can solve their problem. Take inventory of your services of which ones are working and not working in your business. Realign your focus to what you want to be known for.

Clarify Your Message

The last thing I want to talk to you about is clarifying your message. Now that we know who your ideal client is, their problem, and the specific solution you are providing them, it’s time to pull it all and tell your brand story. Your brand story will share how you got from point A to point B and how you can relate to your client’s problem because you know how it feels or you know someone else who has experienced it and now you’re creating the solution to the problem. It’s time to get clear on understanding your ideal client, narrowing your niche, and clarifying your message. This is going to help overall with telling your brand story more authentically. Whether it’s on social media platforms, blog posts, your websites, or email marketing, these are great places to get started with telling your unique brand story.
